- Set up Drupal 9 on devPanel http://dev-13c1d72a-13315bb0-13315bb8.app.devpanel.com/admin/structure/migrate
- Run drush migrate-upgrade --configure-only
- Add MigratePlusFeeds module
- Review and adjust any migrations that need tweaking
